I have a product that is useful, but explaining it in simple words has been surprisingly difficult. I know every little detail, so I tend to include too much information. I am considering whether to hire expert copywriter who could look at it from a customer's point of view. Has anyone done something similar? Were they able to understand the product without knowing everything beforehand? I would love to hear how you worked with the writer and whether they found things you had completely overlooked.
