Richard Han
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Richard Han is a licensed real estate broker. For the last 30 years, he has participated in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, management and development of properties. Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Han arrived in United States in 1975 to attend high school. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cornell University, Mr. Han joined a startup company in Indiana to develop data base system for the newly introduced personal computer (IBM PC). In 2013, Mr. Han joined the Chinese American Golden Age Association board of directors and is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Han brings his analytical training and real estate experience to continue and expand Golden Age’s mission to develop communities for elders.
